Here’s my update of 21 Day Fix Extreme Week 3. I went all-in for week 3 because I really wanted to challenge myself.

For week 3, I went with the tougher alternative workouts on day 15 and day 20 and also tried out flat abs fix.
Sticking to my workouts is really helping to keep me sane during the repeated lockdowns in my area (Ontario).
21 Day Fix Extreme Week 3
For week 3, I increased my weights for any workout that felt kind of easy and didn’t take any unscheduled breaks during the workouts.
21 Day Fix Extreme Day 15 – Plyo Fix Extreme or Power Strength Extreme
I went with Power Strength Extreme for the last week and boy, what a workout it was.
You’d think a workout that doesn’t involve weights and isn’t active cardio would be sort of easy. Not really.
Power Strength Extreme is full of total-body exercises that increase strength, endurance, and power.
All you need for the workout is a yoga mat. The workout involves 2 rounds with 9 exercises per round.
Each exercise is a minute with a 15 – 20 second break between each move.
- Round 1 – Quad crawl, frog hops, supine crawl, extended crunch, glute kicks, half pistol (left and right leg), gorilla walks, V-ups, flip crunch
- Round 2 – A repeat of round 1
There’s no warm-up but there are a few minutes warm down at the end.
21 Day Fix Extreme Day 16 – Upper Fix Extreme and 10 Min Hardcore

21 Day Fix Extreme Day 21 – Yoga Fix Extreme

Though some people aren’t happy there isn’t a rest day in 21 Day Fix Extreme, I found Yoga Fix Extreme to be a great rest day.
It was very relaxing for my muscles and in week 3, I almost fell asleep halfway through.
21 Day Fix Extreme Week 3 Meal Plan
So I have become a tad obsessed with Vietnamese and Thai food since February and about 60% of my food is from either of those regions.
My daily calorie level for 21 Day Fix Extreme is 1,400 calories but in week 3, I had to up it to 1,500 calories because my metabolism went into overdrive.
- Breakfast – bagel, apple, and/or a cereal bar with wow butter
- Snacks – roasted almonds and olives
- Dinner – Tom yum noodle soup with poached chicken, chicken lettuce wrap with rice noodles, and rice and beef stew
- Sides – cucumber and toasted sesame salad
- Drinks – water and bamboo leaf tea
