Week 3 and final week of 21 Day Fix is here. It’s been a great workout and here’s my update on week 3 and results.
I review my workouts every week then do a final review at the end so you get a better idea of what’s involved in a workout program before investing in it.

Week 3 of 21 Day Fix is similar to week 1. I’ve linked to the week 1 update where appropriate.
Usually, you can double up the workouts for the last week of 21 Day Fix but since I jumped right into 21 Day Fix Extreme afterward, I decided to stick to the single workouts.
21 Day Fix Workout Week 3
21 Day Fix Day 15 – Total Body Cardio Fix
Total cardio fix is a repeat of Day 1 and Day 8. 4 rounds with 2 exercises each.

21 Day Fix Day 16 – Upper Fix
Upper fix is a repeat of Day 2 and Day 9. 4 rounds with 2 exercises each.

21 Day Fix Day 17 – Lower Fix
Lower fix is a repeat of Day 2. You can read up on the exercises involved in Lower Fix at 21 Day Fix Week 1 Update.
21 Day Fix Day 18 – Pilates Fix
Pilates fix is a repeat of Day 4. 6 rounds of exercises with various moves of increasing torture.

21 Day Fix Day 19 – Cardio Fix
Cardio fix is a repeat of all the moves from Day 5 and Day 12. 4 rounds with 2 exercises each.

21 Day Fix Day 20 – Dirty 30
Dirty 30 is a repeat of all the moves from Day 6 and Day 13. 4 rounds with 2 exercises each.

21 Day Fix Day 21 – Yoga Fix
This last day was fantastic for stretching my sore muscles and preparing for jumping into 21 Day Fix Extreme.
It’s a repeat of the moves from Day 7 and Day 14. You can read up on the exercises involved in Yoga Fix at 21 Day Fix Week 1 Update.
Because I knew this was the last week, I really pushed myself to go through all the moves without taking breaks as well using as heavier weights.
21 Day Fix Workout Meal Plan – Week 3
My calorie level for 21 Day Fix is 1,200 calories per day. You can check out my meals for Week 1 and Week 2.
My diet is basic and I’m not a big eater. I like simple food that doesn’t require too many ingredients or processes.
Breakfast
For 21 Day Fix week 3, my breakfast was tomato, carrot, fennel, and basil soup, and a cereal bar. On some days, I had an apple with Wow Butter.
Snacks
My snacks were 1 – 2 handfuls of roasted almonds and biscuits. I switched it up with ginger ale sometimes.
Dinner
- Baked teriyaki salmon and sautéed spinach
- Beans and grilled corn
- Brown rice and stewed beef
Liquids
Loads of water and several cups of bamboo leaf tea every day.
